Our History

From Humble Beginnings to Full-Service Excellence

What started in 2000 with just a single mower and a simple goal—to provide reliable, high-quality lawn care—has grown into something much larger. Unlimited Landscaping Services, Inc. was built on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to treating every property like it was our own. As our reputation grew, so did the demand for more comprehensive services.

Over the years, we’ve steadily expanded beyond basic lawn care to offer full-scale landscaping solutions, from custom hardscaping and drainage work to large-scale commercial maintenance. That steady growth and diversification of services led to the formation of Unlimited Construction Services, Inc., reflecting our broader capabilities and our evolution as a company.

Today, what began as a one-person operation has become a thriving business with more than 60 dedicated team members—and we’re still growing. While much has changed, our core values remain the same: delivering dependable service, superior workmanship, and personalized care to every project we touch.

President and Founder

President Kent Fink founded Unlimited Landscaping Services, Inc. in 2000, beginning with a single mower and a vision for growth. Over the years, his commitment to quality and opportunity led to steady expansion and a broader range of services. That growth ultimately gave rise to Unlimited Construction Services, Inc., now employing over 60 team members and continuing to grow.
